Expensive Mistake

The following refers to the Nielston Rd branch under the same ownership and management:- Car required replacement suspension bushes as a result of an MOT failure. The parts recommend and procurred by Farmer Autocare were more than 10 times more expensive than the necessary part from the original manufacturer. This resulted in an overspend of £800 on this otherwise minor repair and full payment was required in advance. The subsequent complaint was dismissed and dealt with unsympathetically. Also be advised that this company is part of Farmer Autocare in name only. Farmer Autocare is a separate company and will take no interest in resolving any service quality issues that might be encountered at this or similar outlets
